he glasses advertised on YouTube. I ordered a pair 5 months ago. When I inquired to where they were, they sent the same generic replies over and over, that said they're on the way... SHAME ON YOU YOUTUBE for allowing advertisers like this to cheat people. I will never purchase anything advertised on YouTube again, and i am urging everyone to do the same....

I have been a customer for years and I can say I have never had one issue. Almost did, but you caught it. I ordered twice when I thought it didn't go threw, you sent one shipment and only charged for one before I could contact customer service. I am a customer for life!

The tobacco prices were about the same as what I've been paying for at another another merchant. The cigar prices were significantly higher and the shipping was significantly higher....and took a longer time to get here, and I had to pay extra to get it here in the same time frame that I paid less than that amount for to get it here from someone else...if that makes sense. Checkout was super easy. Website overall was ok, but it was a little difficult for me to find the small bag of tobacco so I had to end up searching for it because it wasn't there with the rest of the tobacco that I could find. And actually I got the recommendation from Google and so I just went back to Google and ask him if y'all sold those bags and it gave me the direct link so all I had to do was click that and to get it directly from your website without trying to search through and find it cuz I couldn't locate it. Plus a lot of other merchants have promo codes for first time buyers and I didn't see one for this website which was a huge let down.
