The last order received was delivered to wrong house. Customer service investigated and found out shipping was mislabeled. They found where it was delivered, told me and I picked it up there. Customer service was very prompt with help and assistance. Very good people working there.

well one issue I had was at check out. they way you have the shipping insurance set up, I can't tell if it's selected or not until I go to the final step of check out. Another way to say it is, the default selection doesn't identify if it's applied to the order or not.

I had difficulty getting back to the cart to vary amounts of items I was ordering while trying to balance the shipping cost with size of shipment for a stocking order. This allowed for a few extra clicks, but when tested the shipping cost remained the same allowing me to save on a larger order.

Bali Indonesian cigars are the best and I'm glad there's an American company that allows me to buy them. I've never had to wait longer than a week for a cigs. I do wish there were more package options to buy in bigger bulk but I'm sure you guys have no control over that. I have no complaints here!
