I was looking for a titanium chain link necklace that wasn't just the typical curb chain style but something distinct. I also wanted it to be high quality, real titanium, something I can wear everyday, in the shower, to sleep, and just not think much about. I found multiple options in the heavier gauge I wanted, and ended up grabbing a really unique wheat link option in 7MM that feels substantial without being bulky and looks understated but purposeful, exactly what I was going for.

The quality of the product looks good and husband loves it,I have to wait and see if it actually holds with time and use but otherwise it looks good. I will say that I was somewhat disappointed with the website and lack of pictures that captured the product description and colors in a better way and gives clients a better image and introduction about the product . I will say that the website and product purchase process is somewhat basic or not suitable to fit in a smartphone.

I am incredibly satisfied with both the 7mm wheat link necklace and bracelet. The necklace was the absolute perfect choice, and it is actually a replacement for the exact same TitaniumKay necklace I bought over 15 years ago. I wore that original piece constantly and never took it off until it was recently damaged, so I knew the quality would be excellent. The shipping was very quick, though it was a bit expensive. Unfortunately, living in Taiwan does add to the shipping costs, but the quality of the jewelry makes it worth it. I highly recommend this set.

Great products (I am getting a replacement for the same product that I ordered 15-20years ago), but the small details like the type of clasp (not being the same material) are not listed. Having more details or even options to change or edit those little details would elevate the overall purchase.

I found this websight useing chatgpt which said it was trustworthy. I have not received my item so I am hoping it is. The overall use of the websight was easy and to the point. The main complaint I have is the quality of pictures on the websight makes it hard to really see what I'm buying. I knew what type of chain I wanted so it wasn't that big of an issue this time but I can see it being a deal breaker if I was just looking around. I liked the checkout though, the shipping options was nice.

I ordered my first ring from TitaniumKay back in 2009, and today I ordered my replacement ring because my last one just got old. I love everything about this business! They have quality products and great prices. I had to replace my ring back in 09' because the first one broke, and they replaced it and shipped it all free within a week. I will shop here again, and recommend them always.

I think Titanium Kay has a good product. It focuses on Titanium, and the product meets the expectation except the chain seems bit longer than I expected. This is my fault because I should have double checked it. Compared to the product, the packaging seems bit off, and I don't know why but I think it should be packed with solid box instead of sack. I been wanted to wear chain without allergies, so Titanium Kay is a good place to look for titanium product, and I think the price of reasonable as well. In a future, I would recommend to friends who are looking for titanium product because it has various product available. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Products easy to fond and customizeable when other sites were a pain in the ass or refused to remove their little gay logo, forever rendering my wedding ring a billboard. These guys answered me quickly and agreed to make my ring unbesmirched & effulgent. Now when I cuddle my soon-to-be wife in my raw form, my ring will be as refulgent and stainless as her white-as-snow skin shining in the moonlight.

I was looking specifically for jewelry made of tungsten. There are some wedding bands on other websites made of tungsten, but I did not see a selection of necklaces or other items on those websites. Titanium Kay was the only online vendor with the selection of tungsten pieces that had variety. We were not looking for a bracelet, but they were so nice that we could not pass those up. Also, the prices were within our budget.

Upon receipt of my order, I became aware that bracelet was too large for the recipient. Based on exchanges with Titanium Kay customer service, a replacement of smaller size bracelet was immediately sent along with pre-paid shipping label for return of the larger bracelet. This issue was all managed very effectively. Looking forward to surprising my husband with the necklace/bracelet as a Christmas gift.

I would strongly recommend against continuing to use UPS as a courier as I have had nothing but problems with them trying to send and receive an item. 1 1/2 months of wrangling with their customer service and I still don't have my item i had sent for return owing to incorrect size I wrongly estimated.

The UPS store had caused some problems with my intended return and there was a tariff fee attached 2/3rds of the original price. The package was explicitly stated 'return' on it yet tarrif costs were added. This caused me to have to resend the package hoping this time no tariffs will be attached. The UPS store in Medicine Hat made the error not Titanium Kay.

I found what I sought: reasonably-priced titanium, tungsten carbide, and cobalt chrome rings. I received more than I paid for, though I'm not suggesting you should increase prices, several days before the scheduled delivery date.
