There was so much good information regarding each item I looked at and ordered. It was easy to navigate the website and find everything I needed. My order arrived very quickly! This was the only site to be able to purchase an alternative to the company White Cloud that my husband has been smoking their products for years and refuses to try any other brand so he was extremely happy to find a way to continue getting that product through your company since they no longer ship their product to other states so it made him extremely happy. IHave notice that some of the cartridges in different packs don’t always work. Other than that I am very satisfied with this product. Why is the Tax, Excise, Tarrifs so high and why don’t you offer discount coupons.

I just wish to God that you had flavored, especially vanilla, cartridges. I liked the variety and miss it extremely. It made it all worth it. Now its just the only thing you can get. After years of using your website im used to it so its easy to use. It save my addresses for me and it easy to enter my CC info. Listing all your products on one side for easy clicking makes it so easy to find what you want. Grouping things together is beneficial. Checkout is fast and easy and your email confirmations and confirmations of when its shipped are important.
