I like the product - only used it a couple times so far, but it seems good. I also like the tube/dispenser. What I didn’t like is that the tubes feel almost empty. The product, even on sale, is quite a bit more expensive than other brands like it. So I expected a bit more. Feel like if used daily they’ll run out quickly.

Tarte has always been great! I have been using this product (tinted bb cream) for about a decade now. Availability has been spotty at times and y'all have scared me a couple times thinking you were going to stop making this! This last purchase I could not log in to my account and the website wouldn’t send me the reset my password. I even tried my other email address and it wasn’t working, one of your customer service people was able to help me the next day once you reopened. Whew! This product really is great, it’s light and gives good coverage. Love the spf factor!! Please never stop making it! I will buy it always! Thank you tarte!

I have only one complaint that the product costs too much. It’s a wonderful all-day stay eyeshadow, but I don’t have the money to pay $26/28 per stick. I was able to buy these two colors because I received a discount from the Today show shopping. Thanks for advertising such a wonderful product on Today.

There's nothing better on the market. I've tried, thinking that I could save money, but it doesn't save money when the effort is for naught. Shape Tape concealer - nothing better on market. The tubing mascara - nothing beats it. It's all easy to apply and easy to take off, yet somehow stays on all day. The Shape Tape disappears when it's put on properly (I don't always get it right). I love that!

My order was either lost in the mail, or delivered to the wrong mailbox. I called Customer Support (as well as the U.S. Post Office). Tarte Customer Service was so helpful and sympathetic to my situation. She sent me another shipment of my entire order at no cost ($) to me. I did receive that order. I found the website to be confusing. I found trying to pick out the colors to be hard even though you have this way you can try the make up on by looking into the camera and see how it looks. It didn’t work well. Not accurate at all. I find the explanation of the items not specific enough. The texture of the item (cream or powder texture.) The best way to apply the item, which tools (brushes, sponges etc) that would be best it use with the item. I just found it very hard to shop for make up online. The make up comes packaged beautifully. It took a little longer to get to me than I expected. There was no expected delivery date, which was annoying. It said you could check your package, but I like to know a window of time when it’s supposed to come. Over all I will not buy makeup on line anymore. I have points to use and they couldn’t figure out how to use them. I just ended up paying for the item because it didn’t give me an option to apply my points. I just found the whole website to be confusing.

I was blown away by the SUPER fast shipping. I ordered product on Mon and it was delivered on Fri. I know that may not seem impressive, but for where I live, it’s quick. Then, the product, eye crayons, are everything I expected and more. I’ve had a horrible time finding one that goes on easily and smoothly and this one exceeded my expectations. Not only is the application easy and flawless, it doesn’t wear off. It lasts all day.
