My biggest complaint is that no one ever bothered to reply to my email. The order did arrive (a day later than originally expected but 2 days earlier that the tracking said) so it all worked out, but a courtesy reply would have been nice to keep me informed.

I had called to inquire why my item had not shipped. The nice lady explained it due to the holiday. They were backed up a little bit. That was cool. I understood. I told her if I don’t see an email telling it shipped in a couple days I’m gonna cancel the order next thing I know I’m getting a refund for my shipping and then they go to the expense of overnighting it I really appreciate that, but it wasn’t necessary. You have a right to make money so it cost you. I’m sure a lot of money to ship at FedEx overnight and I’m in Yuma. I really appreciate it. I really just wanted to see it shipped. Normally, you guys are great. I will do business with you again. I have no complaints of the lady. I talked to you on the phone. Great lady you should promote her. That’s all I have to say.
