I believe my online order was not entered into their system correctly. I ordered a 90"x60" oval table cloth. Their order reflects a 90"x90" square SPECIAL ORDER with a No Return Policy that I did NOT order. Somehow this order got screwed up in their office. I explained to OnLine chat and he understood my position, very polite, but there was NOTHING he could do because it was "Special Order" which was NOT CORRECT. (Wonder if they have a screen shot of my order - not what was transcribed to an order sheet.) I and my family members have ordered successfully in the past with no problems. So I guess I'll just suck it up and be a PO'd past customer. Thank you in advance for forwarding my situation once again.

I purchased the fabric swatches in a panic that I could not find ANY shade of green that I had already picked out for my wedding. I am looking to get cloth napkins, but am wanting to ensure that all the colors match. This fabric swatch set was actually exactly what I was needing! It shows me that there are SO many color options to chose from. I will be purchasing more items from here!

Love this site! Found navigation to be a little obtuse- I'd rather see tablecloths categorized by pattern rather than shape, for example.

We are getting samples to place a second order from Table Linens for Less for linens and napkins to outfit our dining room. Our last order was almost 7 years ago and have not needed to replace them until now. This should tell you the quality of their linens. If it wasn't for pesky grease stains, we wouldn't even need to replace them simply because other than the grease stains they are still in great shape even though they have been laudered every day for almost 7 years. Great products.

I ordered 60 napkins. The color you showed was celadon. It was a beautiful vibrant green color. When they arrive they were a very dull color. They are not celadon green. They appear to be more of a sage green. I contacted customer service and they told me to take several pictures and email it to them. I did and they said they are not refunding my money. I will never buy from your company again. I don’t understand why you will not take the napkins back, I notified you 30 minutes after they were delivered to my house they have never been used.

I liked the fact that the napkins offered bulk quantities, they were cotton, and they were nice and large. I needed white, which is lucky as that's all that was available, so I think more colors wouldn't go amiss. I had scoured Amazon and Temu for cotton napkins in bulk, but they were amazingly expensive for smaller sizes and fewer per package compared with from Table Linens for Less. I have not washed these yet to see how they shrink, or otherwise, but I am very pleased!

The price was a driving factor and the reviews seemed positive so hopefully this product is what I anticipated to be I don't like that it didn't give me an estimation on shipping or tracking number or confirmation I'm hoping I get that by email the website needed more clear pictures of the items but the reviews seem positive so I hope this works

I liked the product but the color was an orange red instead of a red. It will still work in my design, so I’m keeping it. It seemed to take a VERY LONG time to receive my order. I still had plenty of time but others may not. You also sent 3napkins instead of the 2i ordered.
