I expected a certificate showing that the emerald earrings were genuine emeralds. There is no certificate and you can't understand the person you call for a return. This is terrible customer service and I need to return these earrings ASAP:.

The product is nice. My only issue is the necklace came in a giant knot which I have still yet to untangle. Hopefully, I can get that done by the time. It’s my wife’s birthday on the 26th. It’s like very bad to be honest with you I’ve never seen and not quite as bad and I’m hoping I don’t damage the necklace trying to get it undone.

It was hard to re-sign in because I had last time used Sign in with Google, so it didn't have saved password. However, I figured it out. Overall, it was easy to find good quality jewelry at a great price.

Popups :(
Site Experience FeedbackDec 3, 2025
I hate all the pop ups when browsing a website. A more streamlined experience would be nice to customize what I am looking for (ie material, type). There are some filters, but should be easier
