I called the number on your website to ask about more information pertaining to the tent I was purchasing and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I gave up on waiting for a response as there was no indication when the call might be answered (i.e., "your wait time is approximately 5 minutes). There were 2 identical tents available on your website - one on closeout with no information (SPECS) and the other one with all the SPEC information. I wanted to inquire about the closeout tent. I ended up purchasing it and hope if there's any issues with it that returns will be guaranteed for 30 days as indicated by your website.
