Biggest complaint is the super thin cardboard box you shipped these two suits in. The package came crumpled, but it wouldn't have been that way had the box been made from a regular cardboard box, instead you dishonor your product and your customer by shipping in the cheapest packaging. No one is impressed when their package shows up in a box like this. Horrible. I offered your customer service to keep me as a customer by letting me talk with a manager about shipping my product in an average grade cardboard box, instead of the horrible packaging - but he was so indifferent - he shouldn't be in customer service. He was polite and pleasant, but clearly didn't care if I stayed a customer or not - this attitude and the cheap packaging tells me a lot about your company when this is how you dishonor your clients.

bought a modern fit suite and sized up to a 44s instead of my normal 42 s because your modern fit said to do so . Arrived on time but the fit was way to big. Called customer service and I sent back to exchange for a 42 s. All notes in your system showes that they will exchange and reship but now your system shows that size is out of stock and I'm probably on a wait list Please advise and change your modern fit size guidelines.

The customer service rep's tone suggests they don't want to be bothered with your call. The cufflinks were broken in my last order, but because of the hassle of asking for replacements, I just said "no worries". Finally, I wish there were more selection in my size. I am a top-heavy man who does not like to wear suit jackets. The vest and slacks are enough for me.
