This survey is brain dead. Sorry to give you all zeros nyou dont tell me which product order I bought if it is the Two orders that came from chinese vendors, you should drop them. The ship me 18 inch $80 hats in 10” boxes. 10” boxes- 10’. These are not crushable hats. Just crushed. I am pissef.

Figuring out the sizes was very difficult. There are plenty of tutorials online on how to measure, but those options didn’t seem to lineup with the order choices. The Soot is going to need some significant altering however, I realize my body shape is not typical.

I purchased a suit and the color wasn't the same as pictured and there suits are not true to size, this is my third time purchasing a suit and they were a little bigger than my size. The first two suits I bought I return and never got a refund because they never picked up the return at the UPS store and they sent them back to me. I'm waiting on my refund on the recent purchase I returned.
