The only thing that is good about Stoneberry is that the credit is available to purchase SOME items without cash up front. The only thing is you must CAREFULLY read the details regarding each item to make sure it is truly what you want.
Also, they are limited in their products because they are more like a dollar store -- getting what is basically leftover from other retailers.
The other thing that is disappointing is their return policy. To a certain point, it is understandable since footing the returns can easily reduce their profits; however, what I didn't like was not only were they NOT paying for the returns, they tack on an ADDITIONAL fee JUST for returning the product.
Whether this is to offset the wages to re-introduce the returned product into their items or something else is not clear, but I have never seen any company double-charge for the privilege of returning an item they are dissatisfied with.
Customer service is good and always polite but their hands are tied regarding how much help they can offer to their customers. That is Stoneberry's policy, not the service reps, who do all they can on a limited basis.
