You usually have good products at good prices and deliver quickly. This time I encountered the most convoluted check out experience I have ever had. I was unable to change my phone number to my mobile. the normal PayPal process, of click on PayPal and the rest of the payment and address is done for you did not work. I then had to submit a credit card number, and was told that there was an error with it. I kept going down different rabbit holes to get your system to recognize me and was thwarted every time. My email address was not recognized. So I tried to establish a new account,, since checking out as a guest made the mess even more complicated, because both my email and my new password according to your system,had an error. Overall it was the most frustrating checkout experience I have ever had. I also tried having you text me with a code, which never arrived because I live in a rural area with hilly terrain, and many texts do not get through until I drive into town where there is good cell access. You cannot call me either, because calls do not come through at all when I am at home. As you can see, I am really angry and frustrated that it took me 30 minutes to check out a 22.00 halter. Never again!
