I tried to place this order on line, but needed additional help. The 1st customer service gal who helped me acted like I was bothering her. Overall ,I called customer service at least 5 times about this order that I needed in about 10 days from the order date. On the 3rd call, the customer service gal FINALLY told me they only had 3 of the 4 items that I needed and the order was being held because of that. I asked for a manager ; left my phone # and waited. I finally called back to talk with manager "Diane"...she delayed in calling me back because she was talking to the vendor about the 4th item. I would have PREFERRED a call from her, so I was aware of what was going on.....When she finally called me back, she told me the vendor was drop shipping the item directly to me & that she had revised the shipment from State Line to 2nd day. FUNNY THING WAS....When I finally got an order, it was FROM THE VENDOR....MUCH FURTHER AWAY from me....State Line's order FINALLY ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY ~! I WAS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THE PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER WAS HANDLED....I got NO in between emails to alert me to order status !! That's why I kept calling them to get updates. I'm a LON G TIME customer, but I'll think hard & long about ordering from State Line again in the near future.....
