The halters are well made, just slightly bigger than I thought they would be for 'pony/yearling sized'. If they are too big right now, they will eventually fit.

The box arrived partially opened and beaten up. I have not assembled the rack but hopefully all parts are there and not damaged. Fed Ex was the carrier. I paid $35 for very questionable delivery. I have ordered large items from you many times but now doubt ordering any more large items for our tack room again. You have an "issue" with Fed Ex that has made a repeat customer upset. Can I expect a reply?

Today I was looking to find a reasonably priced padded leather halter for a horse I am purchasing, and hopefully have it here by the time he comes. I did want a black halter with silver hardware, but I was having a very hard time finding that for less than $100 as that is the budget I wanted to stay under. I loved the look of this brown and brass halter though, so I decided to purchase anyway, as it looked very high quality. Absolutely LOVE Schneiders, I have several blankets from here and this is my first time ordering a halter, I have ordered nameplates before and been very happy.
