The item was available and delivered exactly as described, customer service was helpful in locating shipment, online tracking is horrible. Could not get tracking to work via link in email. And of course the price of pumps can't be found anywhere. Would and continue to tell other people in my line of work where to look first.

the ease if finding what I need right away and everything was in stock. Only problem I have is that since I work for a municipality we need our receipt to have certain thing on it and I always have to call and request it. Needs to have what purchased how many and how payment was made. IE visa

Called Sprayer Depot needing a new pump & motor combo asap and Tracy was my sales rep. She was very professional and has a great attitude in customer service. I asked for overnight delivery on a Friday and I received it the very next day on Saturday before noon. Sprayer Depot has good prices and great service PERIOD!

It was a clear and simple. I went to AI for the part numbers and then to Google to find suppliers. After a few random looks, I concluded that Sprayer Depot had an excellent inventory. I ordered on Friday and received the products on Monday. The projected delivery time was “three days.” I expected three working days, not three calendar days. Good service and good product. Steve

I'm an arborist and expanding my tree care service. I recently bought a used sprayer and was worried I wouldn't be able to find parts for the style of pump it's set up for. I paid $55.88 for FedX Overnight Shipping. The products shipped on Mon, 4/27 and were delivered Wed, 04/29 at 2:04 PM. I had to cancel a large treatment that because I did not have these tools in time. I requested a refund for the shipping cost and have heard nothing back.
