called customer service to order sprayer pump for fimco boom sprayer (remco), support said they had in stock but i would need to go online to order, support doesnt take orders, ordered on line, pump arrived with NPT port connections when i needed QuickConnect, called support and was told no problem, they could send out the replacement pump quickly.....for a restocking fee of course for the previous pump return, I decided i didnt want to spend the extra $50 for not my mistake. Ordered the adapter fittings from FIMCO. Ive used sprayerdepot previously but maybe times are changing with their customer support, previously support walked me thru exactly what I needed to ensure I only ordered once. As FYI, I was delayed 5 days getting my pump working and job to my customer. I pride myself for never missing a deadline, I was not happy with Sprayer Depot.
