The items arrived fairly swiftly, In great condition, And are, in general, great quality and as pictured. But one of the bows has a middle fabric piece that is upside down which is quite annoying And if i didn’t fear it wouldn’t come back in time to be as a present, i would seek a replacement for that one, as the school logo is upside down right in the middle of the bow tie. Also when i tried to track the package from the tracking info in the email, it kept saying tracking was unavailable. Thankfully when i emailed customer service inquiring about the status, they were very kind AND prompt, And sent me the photo showing it had been delivered to me already.. And with the photo of the type of package, i was able to show my roommate who had brought it inside and forgot to tell me! Over all, my experience with them was wonderful. The items are beautiful (except that one upside down logo), arrived on time (even if i didn’t realize it cause roommates lol), and customer service was amazing despite my not really needing them and wasting their time!

My package was delivered with broken glass. I phoned the company to inform of broken product. Steve gave instructions to email photo of broken glass. I did and he informed me they will send another framed picture. Steve informed me that I did not need to return damaged product. Can not track shipment from company website.

Purchase made late afternoon Dec 4. Online tracking system was down since then - shame on y'all. Shipping label created Dec 9? Shame on y'all!! Took 4 days to get here. If it had shipped on time, I would have had it for when I needed it. I will avoid y'all in the future.
