Keep it simple and fun and make sure there are no problems easily accessing what a person saw at a store, when online and a real person at a store to answer the phone, to see if a sold out T is in, and are they open- a shared cell, or a landline. The phone can be near the door, if thieves are distracting the help away from the door in order to make off with merchandise. It's a fun concept, don't make it about as much fun as a robot high school teacher. The landlord's the devil, so make him charge you less rent. At Lakewood Mall the new owners are converting parking to condo's so they should be plush with cash to be generous on the rents. Some empty stores but not right where you are. There are people there on weekends out in the mall, Target's there, but at the other end. Check out your competition, Hobby Lobby across the street that sells a lot of blank T's for creating your own design on a T. Not that you should offer that, but across Lakewood Blvd over there, they are pretty busy some hours while the Michael's a stone's throw away looks to be suffering. But don't be another Hobby Lobby, just think about what you see. And if you had to spend eternity at either Spencer's or Hobby Lobby, which would you prefer.
