Website easy to navigate and informative. Free water test report. Not actually a report on water sample you provide rather info mined from available data from your area- appears accurate based on my city water report. Customer support very good - Jeremy is the undeniable expert. 48K grain water softener arrived on time. Instructions and videos very helpful. Installed myself using their Quick Connect hoses in about 2 hrs. Very satisfied with product and company. Would recommend
