The selection and availability was great and it’s nice that I could check the stock of each store to know if I could pick it up tomorrow. Once I was checking out though, it stated two items even though I had three separate items. It classified an item as a grouping of items as I got two of the same size jersey and another one of a different size. I realized it since the price was the same but that could be something to look at getting fixed.

I think the mobile app experience could be a bit better at checkout. Apple Pay would be a good feature. 10% first time purchase promo code didn’t come immediately after subscribing.

mobile ordering was difficult and could not tell if the system was having me p/u at the store or not. Also could not figure out how to retype my zip code as the first entry was wrong. ended up having to use my desktop computer to have a larger screen

I was very pleased with my first experience purchasing through Soccer Plus. My son plays soccer, and we have purchased cleats through DSG in the past as we’ve not found local vendors in our area. While they tend to be expensive, we can usually get what we need quickly, and we also receive a 20% off coupon from our local soccer league to use there. However, my son suggested that this time we try Soccer Plus which he knew about. I was happy that he could find some cleats that he liked through a small business and that they were on sale. While I didn’t want to pay shipping, I understand that small businesses need to charge for this. My son paid the shipping and I bought the cleats. I was impressed with the communication from Soccer Plus regarding my order and with how quickly we received the order. I definitely plan to buy from them again.

It is good to have some wide sized selections, which is what I am looking for. It is bad that the website actually did not describe the shoes this way. I have to confirm my assumption of that by relaying on the style number designations. I was also interested to buy a soccer bag and a pair of shine guard, but the lack of item feature description or pictures did not give me the confidence to make the purchase.

Thought it was great. First you’re visiting. I’m a very big fan of the soccer / rugby aesthetic overall. Specifically Adidas. Prices were a little more expensive than adidas actual site but overall it was great.

It wasn’t difficult at all for me to send the signed the type of Adidas track pants that I needed for my friend however, at the end it didn’t let me know when the shipment will arrive so I figured 2 to 5 business days. Also, I haven’t seen where I get the actual discount for signing up as a member and since I didn’t receive the item yet. I had 4 items in my cart (cleats, small socks, and 2 pairs of M socks). On the final checkout page, the "order summary" only showed 3 items in the order, but the order cost displayed was for all 4 items. I went back to the cart, which was still showing all 4 items. I completed the order with a note in the comment explaining this and hoping that all 4 items will be included. To be continued...
