My driveway is big and my old snowblower couldn’t handle the job. I couldn’t find the model I wanted available anywhere. Jacks had it and I was able order it online. It actually came quicker than their time estimate which was nice. We ended up getting a major snowstorm a couple of weeks later. The machine blasted my driveway! Thank goodness I was able to get the machine I wanted. I needed something trustworthy and powerful and Jacks supplied it. If you need a machine always check jacks their prices are competitive and service is top notch.

This was easier than the other sites. Though the part number matched up. I know what length I needed and it wasn’t listed so I’m hoping it’s correct. Confirming the length would’ve made me feel I ordered the right part.

The order was delayed due to being out of stock during a crush of orders resulting from the weather. The vendor communicated that the order would be delayed once they found out the items were out of stock and pending a delivery from the supplier so I'm fine with how the whole transaction went.

I ordered a Honda snowblower cover, oil and transmission fluid. The cover and oil shipped immediately. The transmission fluid was (shipping from the factory). I called after the j initial shipment arrived and cancelled the transmission fluid, since it hadn’t shipped yet. The man I spoke to was unable to complete the request on the phone after putting me on hold several times. He told me he would cancel the order and I would get a refund. I never got the refund, I got a shipment notification and the fluid was delivered several days later. Upon getting it, I called and spoke to a lady about returning the fluid. She said she would send me a no charge return shipment label and I could return it via Fedex. I still haven’t gotten the return label, like promised. The customer service is not very good. I did get this email for a survey, though. So I know my email is good and I am receiving them. This is my first and most likely the last time I use this company.

I was happy to find a part that I would need to resolve an issue I was having with my Honda snow blower. I ordered that part Jan. 2nd and here it is 1/24 and still no part. I have received a few e-mails telling me that they are waiting for this part. I am thinking, ok, if you did not have the part to start with then you should have let me know. Meanwhile, I was charged just over $60.00 for this part and a month later, no part. I am left wondering if I shouldn't just cancel the order and get my money back and go somewhere else for it.

Snowblowing my driveway and wham! Broke the auger in half! Finished up with the shovel and went in to google toro 1800 power curve auger and found many got here before me! I was not finding any on the normal places,, but Jacks popped up so I went to the site, bam! there it was! last one!! bamm Mine! Soon I will be back snow blowing thank you Jacks! Woohoo!
