I purchased multiple things from SmartPak throughout the month as I own 18 horses and a the farm they live on, I am riding instructor/barn manager, so unfortunately I don’t even know which purchase I received a request for a survey from but the standout purchase that I have been really upset about was I recently purchased a custom padded leather halter for another horse, because she broke the one I had before. These halters I have come to find out break super easily. I have bought three of them for three of my horses in all are broken and unfortunately, SmartPak does not sell replacement pieces for the customized ones with the colors. I reached out to customer service to see if they are able to sell those and was instructed to look at the replacement pieces on the website that would not match any of the halters I have and they charge almost $70 for a replacement piece which is more than half the price of a brand new halter which makes absolutely no sense. It’s really frustrating to shell out that much money for something nice and it does not withstand any use. I literally had this last halter for two weeks and it broke. Will not be purchasing again.
