I tried to get a paused autoship order online ship order processed sooner but it changed the payment processing date to a past date and as I needed it a week before July 4the to help my horses through fireworks fireworks I called and spoke to someone to help sort it out. She was wonderful, very personable, kind, too the time to be interested and then offer the possibility of a daily calming supplements which supplement: but not as a hard sell I can’t stand ‘sales’ calls and this felt far from that. Really helped me and I made a decision and went back online to place and order for ok of the supplements mentioned

It was a little confusing trying to figure out the loading dose/maintenance dose with the SmartPaks. More details on that would be helpful. But I called customer service about a question I had, and they were very kind, helpful, and quick to answer my call.

Checkout complicated by confusing July26 offer. I wanted to add a new Smartpak to one I've have for years, and it looked to me like I should be able to get 3 months at a good discount on the new one, but it didn't come up that way. I called and a Smartpak rep explained I didn't qualify for the discount because I already was considered a Smartpak customer despite starting an additional order, so I opted to get 40% off auto ship of a bucket which I'll cancel later to switch to paks.

Compared prices with the supplements I have been giving my mare with smart pack I will save over 60$ a month web site easy to navigate and find the products or ones comparable to what I have been giving her. Today, a wonderful woman named Savannah helped me. She was very attentive to what I was looking for after we had a conversation about my horse and she shared information about her horse as well. She was not just a sales representative but a person who understands horses and how much we care for those horses who cannot stand up for themselves. She went through a bunch of things with me, solved my issues and helped me with my cart. She helped me see different things that could solve my challenges related to the Kichel Quiet Ride ears and the Extended Nose Fly mask. She also directed me to a similar product that solved the same challenge that Vincent has which was made by Cashel but not listed as it - perfect. She is a wonderful representation of why Smartpak has what it does because you truly care for the people who love the horses that we have. Btw, aside of being amazing, she has a spicy wonderful mare - give her a raise!

I had no issues with finding the product or placing the order. I wasn't sure why I couldn't apply the JULY2026 promo code, but I assumed the manufacturer was on the list that already reduced their prices.
