Customer service was very easy to work with. The product arrived quickly. The fly sheet/rug for a miniature horse is to tight across the chest making walking for the horse difficult. They changed the belly stapes to cross under the stomach where it should to be three straight strapes. My horse got her legs tangled in the strapes

I purchased this fly sheet after a friend highly recommended it. I loved the mesh, breathability, and durability of hers, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, I accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I contacted SmartPak’s customer service, I was pleasantly surprised to reach a real person right away. Their customer service was outstanding! They promptly arranged a free return, covered the return shipping, and allowed me to reorder the correct size at the same price. Since we were already in the middle of fly season, we decided it would be faster to place a new order immediately, and they credited my account as soon as my return was received. I’m extremely pleased with both the product and the customer service. The experience alone has made me a loyal customer, and I’m certain I’ll be ordering from SmartPak again. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, and they truly exceeded my expectations.

I ordered produce that was to arrive on the 17th of June. Received an email telling Smart Equine/Pak was sorry to here my order was returned to sender however I NEVER RECEIVED IT. Sent in an mail as directed by the site and NO ONE from customer service responded to my e-mail asking why my order was returned and if I would be getting a new order filled. I did finally receive my product on the 23rd with still not response to customer service as to why my order was sent back and how sent it back?
