I had a lot of trouble placing my order. I was paying with PayPal, and wanted to send a gift to a different address than my billing address. Simply Good kept sending my address to PayPal instead of the gift address. After three tries,I emailed for help, but did not get a response. Later in the afternoon, I tried again and eventually was successful. It was not an ideal transaction.

Almost did not return because I chose to simply use my VISA card but kept getting a message, "Wrong number" or something similar. I came back later and decided to try Paypal and all went through without a hitch. Looking forward to this product if as advertised and arrives in a reasonable amount of time.

It was very pleasing to finally find an answer to my need. I've looked and looked and there, suddenly, were lids big enough to replace the ones I had lost. I' m very happy. They were more than I would like to have spent, but as everything else has gone up, they really weren't out of line. Just remembering cheaper days.

I read the reviews. There were various comments about the quality of the item, both being cheaply made, break easily, easy for the kids to figure out. There were reviews with high praise. I hope to get two that do not break, do not have rough edges, etc. Also, I was given two codes for discount niter worked.
