Very good experience, quick and easy. Since my contractor purchased my shutters a few years ago the only issue I had was trying to determine the replacement color shutter plugs I needed (gray or tuxedo gray) to do a repair so I purchased both.

I have a question regarding the color samples you sent. The colors on the sample are not the same colors listed on the website for the P-6 Mid America Raised panel shutters. Did I order the wrong samples?

Once I found the shutter description, a quick Google search for the needed clips brought up ShutterContractor.com. From there, ordering was easy. Free shipping is nice, but the $5.00 handling charge should definitely cover the costs for the company.

Only negative/confusing experience is that the sites charged five dollars handling and there was a note that said over $36 that there would be no handling charge. However Pancheck out of a $65 order handling charge was added.
