The ordering experience was good and advice regarding measurements was adequate. I do believe the honeycomb blinds we ordered (top-down, bottom up) should have had 1 or 2 additional magnets for most of them as, once installed, the top rail would too easily disconnect once the bottom rail was positioned at the bottom. We also were missing a bracket for two of the wider blinds (as stated in the "brackets per blind width" guide in the instructions. It takes a good forefinger-thumb grip strength to open/close/adjust these blinds. It will be difficult for anyone with arthritic hands or general loss of strength due to aging to be able to squeeze the release buttons, especially if they need to be reaching up high at the same time. Lastly, the space that shows between the top mounted rail and the upper adjustment rail when the blinds are fully extended is a bit unsightly and makes the window covering look a bit "unfinished." In addition, I would note that other blind manufacturers have a mounting system that better "hides" the brackets from view when looking straight on at the top of the window. Installation was fairly easy due to accurate and helpful instructions. The quality of the (inside mount) mounting hardware and method of attachment were definitely solid and should last for many years. The *fabric* of the honeycomb blinds seems adequate given the value pricing. I would expect heavier fabric on pricier blinds. The exterior construction of the head rail as well as the upper and lower rails seemed excellent. While the *interior* operating mechanisms FEEL solid, only time will tell if they remain trouble free for many years. Unfortunately, I installed these blinds 3 years after I ordered and received them (!) so the 3-yr warranty is already expired.
