I subscribed and put my delivery address which is exactly the same than my billing address, when the order was sent the apartment number wasn’t there and the item was returned to sender, that means you guys. I looked for a way to check my address , and there is no way to check on the webseit, called customer service and it’s closed all the time even during the hours that they mention there , then I send a request to contact me and took forever, when I finally get an answer I ask for my subscription to be cancelled because I can’t be dealing with this every month and they aren’t helping, the person says that is gonna update the account shipping address but the. Sends me a message saying oh it shows that it was delivered today, I sent a screenshot that shows that in fact, it was delivered , but back to the sender not to me . I requested to replace my order for three female perfumes because I am not gonna get make colognes no more because I already bought full bottles somewhere else because I needed the ones that I didn’t receive. So I send the list of the ones that I want to the customer service rep but of course I haven’t gotten any kind of answer ! I was very excited with the subscription but now after this experience I don’t even wanna recommend it to no one !
