Item was not meeting expectations. Why would a 1oz pamp bezel bail not even be big enough to fit 5mm chain. That is ridiculous. Do they expect someone to hang a 1oz bar off a 10 gram chain or something? Very unprofessional craftsmanship. Had to pay $120 to get the bail resized on top of the 300% premium already paid for this generic peice

I think the prices are competitive for sure. I have been looking around for this specific bracelet at many local jewelers and not found it in the good price range with the specific grams of gold. Sarraf Jewelry also has many styles available, prices are clearly stated for comparison and also state the grams/weight of the product clearly which I appreciate. No hidden fees with was also nice. Overall looking forward to the bracelet and hoping that it is just as good as it looked on the website. I think shopping on your website was one of the best experience and I use it often as a benchmark for prices and grams for when I'm shopping in my local stores as well.

Speaking about the website only and no other factors (like cost, quality of items, etc.) I’d say there’s a lot of room for improvement. The user interface/ experience is pretty poor and outdated. The site is not designed to easily click through and pivot; categories are generic with lots of drop downs, looking through the items feels like your digging yourself into a deep hole that would be hard to pivot from and easily come back to. The images on the site lack perspective; sure I could whip out a tape measure or something but at that point you’ve lost me. As a consumer buying jewelry products, scale is important and there has to be a way for the customer to somewhat grasp the scale through the online images.
