I decided on short notice to run my first half marathon. It was sooner than the one I was training for and I realized I didn’t have a good pair of shoes to run the distance since mine were worn out. I had no time to try something new. I needed a shoe I knew worked. Runners Plus had the right shoe and size in a nice color when my usual merchants didn’t. The shoe was delivered quickly and I was able to break them in. I ran that half marathon yesterday and the shoes were perfect. They disappeared on my feet during the run and my legs felt great. I’m very grateful to Runners Plus for getting me those shoes so quickly at a good price.

Was searching for my favorite pair of sneakers as the maker changed the new version. They had a few colors left so I bought one then went back and bought a 2nd and a third. They were priced great and arrived really fast. Only down side is they wont be carrying the ones I love anymore!

The one time I’ve used runner’s plus, I had a very good experience. I found the shoes I wanted for the lowest price I could find on Google, and they had my size, only my size! It’s as if they were reading my mind. Order tracking was also very precise and gave me piece of mind when I needed it. The only downside was having to download a separate app for tracking, but other than that, great experience.

Honestly, my most recent experience ordering from Runners Plus was great — one of the smoothest online shopping experiences I’ve had in a while. I found the shoes I wanted right away, and the website was super easy to navigate. The product descriptions were detailed enough that I felt confident about sizing and what to expect. I was a little nervous about making a purchase online with an unknown vender. After looking at company reviews I decided to take my chances. I placed my order but the system automatically used an old shipping address that my credit card was attached to. I panicked knowing that there is no one at that address to receive the package. I immediately emailed customer service with the correct shipping address. When I woke up the next morning I had a return email in my inbox saying they have made the change and my order would be shipped out that day. 4 days later I received my purchase at my door step. Every thing was perfect. The price was lower than other online venders. I will definitely shop with Runners Plus in the future and tell my friends to do the same.

My son is a college track athlete. He’s had his eye on a certain pair of track spikes for quite a while, but struggled to find his size in stock. (He’d ordered from Amazon and waited 6 weeks on back order, only for them to cancel his order the day they were supposed to arrive.) When he found them on your website, he immediately called and asked me to order them. They arrived 2 days later!!
