It was a good online experience. I appreciate when companies create well-functioning filters for their customers to use. I also appreciate the stance of the models - when viewing clothing online many companies have their model pose in ways that makes it difficult to view the clothing. Absolutely no issue with that on the Roots website.

HORRIBLE online experience!!! It took SO long to finalize a transaction at checkout. Automatic defaults in several fields were difficult or impossible to change without starting over. I could never change the email address from a default business address I didn't want to use for this. I was not allowed to use a credit card with a US address. I will NEVER shop on Roots website again! I would have bailed this time if not for the fact the gift recipient wanted a certain item from Roots.

Kids items are too expensive to buy at regular price but sale prices are more affordable - usually . Also when on sale most items cannot be returned so that limits your purchase because even sale prices are high but better than regular priced items

It keep pushing me to use the shop app, but I kept getting a message saying my order couldn’t be processed. Eventually I figured out I didn’t need to use the shop app to finish my purchase. Also every time I clicked on an item to further look at it, when I went back to the main list, it kept making me restart the whole list! It was really annoying having to load more products every time.
