Overall interaction with the website was fine. I have an issue with entering the shipping address. We live in rural alberta (not a remote location), and all of the mail shipping with Canada Post is delivered to our local post office and distributed through our post office boxes. We DO NOT have physical door to door delivery, but the shipping fields do not allow a po box # to be entered. I had to enter my box # (355) and then my physical address (31 Hay Place), which the post offices do not always recognize and may not allow delivery of packages. Thankfully our postmaster is very accommodating, and allows us to add our box # to the physical address, but it may not always work for future purchases. I entered my address as 355-31 Hay Place as the site does not allow me to select orignal address as entered. Please correct this on the check out screen to allow for both physical address and post office box #’s if using Canada Post as your delivery service.
