I placed 2 online orders that bounced back as cancelled due to lack of product, even though the website stated they had the item in stock so I called the customer contact line. The first girl was very nice but gave me incorrect information on a store that was closed down, so I called back and had another amazing representative take the time to locate the product, speak with her higher ups and confirm the product was at the distribution centre and would be off loaded and in the system for purchase within 48 hours. And, she was correct, I ordered the item and had it delivered and received within 3 days!! I have been wearing Roots items for 40 years and have no plan to stop anytime soon. My kids are wearing my 30 year old sweaters because the quality is bar-none to the that of other retailers. The style is traditional, classic and everlasting. The customer service is brilliant and local which is an advantage to all other consumers lately. Roots has managed to keep the core qualities that has made them such an incredible clothier! Keep doing what has been lost amongst other companies and providing quality clothing and brilliant customer service since 1973! Always and forever a Roots fan:)
