I would like to see more part categories when it comes to selection. For example I wasn’t able to find a throttle housing without typing it in the search bar. I would like to see them offer more decal options and aftermarket part selections. Overall the website is great and the shipping is amazing. I recently ordered a seat late in the evening around 6pm-7pm and it was on my front porch by 1pm the next day. I do only live around 2-3 hours from the Kentucky location so that helps. I also order from RM when I need parts & accessories because they being employment to the region.

I spent a little bit more than I had planned but both items were on my list and I would rather spend $7.00 on more parts than on shipping. Seriously though, a$7.00 flat rate for shipping isn’t that bad!

My Brave browser kept crashing when I tried to put in my cell number. I eventually opened the website in Chrome and it worked. Not ideal. Parts availability and shipping price and lead times are excellent. I can't believe I haven't discovered this business earlier. Website is a little less glossy than other retailers.

Ordered the Oil kit for my 2026 Beta 390 RS, after receiving this, it did not come with any of the rubber gasgits that were mentioned in the description. I started a chat session, they and were able to find one of the correct gaskets and was able to send this out. Ideally their was supposed to be another small gasket. I mention this for the fact this is a "kit" and should include all the gaskets. When you order directly from Beta, you get the kit, but a little bag of all the gaskets. With that said, I would not recommend purchasing this kit, due to the fact their are no gaskets that come with this...

This is such a great place to buy parts and gear! They always surprise me with some of the new tools they bring out for dirt bikers and Utv owners. It’s like I should’ve thought about making something that useful and put it on the market.

Really like that most of what I am shopping for I can find, weather it's aftermarket or OEM and that you can gain rewards towards the next purchase. Not sure what the reason the the repetitive picking pictures of the busses or bicycles are all about before I can look at the parts pages? I feel that needs addressed. Very annoying!
