As I continue to make my 2020 Honda 250f into a hardcore trail bike there is only one place to go to get what I need. Rocky Mountain!! They always have what I need, have YouTube videos to help aid any install, always have great shipping and are a phone call away if I need help. When you changed the parts fiches its less easy to navigate. Also the +/- in the cart and qty on hand GUI icons are corrupted. One thing that has been an on-going issue for over 5 years, is the getting "kicked" out of a machine/fiche. Also related to that, when a part was attempted to be added to the cart, it would appear NOT to be but then would show up in additional quantity later. I think this has been corrected, but still need more time to verify. Also, changing the part manufacture regarding OEM to a specific color is GOOD! However, Polaris and Yamaha are both BLUE. I've been using RMATV/MC for well over two decades, and over 7 years of that has been for my business. Its always my go to. Good to see some changes, but I'd recommend you connect with a few of us business owners to higher level management at RMATV/MC to speed improvements and correct errors. Meaning I've had parts for other folks, or parts that should have been pulled as individual but were sent as WHOLE BAGS of 10. I stopped notifying you folks as the communication was poor. Easy to find the oil filters for a KX450F and WR250 using the search by bike function. Easy to buy, and I applied my Fantasy MX points. I figured out how to use the delivery tracking function after my last order, so this was easy to track this time. I had to go to email that said the item shipped, and keep that email and tracking link, to track the order. I'll use these guys again.

Rocky Mountain has great products, competitive pricing, and fast shipping. My only frustration was the tracking information. Throughout the shipment, the status showed only “Label created” and “Package is with our Amazon Partner,” with no updates—even on the day it was delivered. Fortunately, my order arrived earlier than estimated, but more accurate tracking would make the ordering experience much better.

My order and Tusk product were delivered on time, and actually a little early. The fit wasn't perfect, and I wasn't aware I'd have to shim the battery into the battery box to keep it from moving. I would have liked to know that before ordering.

The website said i saved $230 but I could have ordered it multiple places elsewhere for the exact same price. So id like to know how I saves that $230. I know however that rmatv is usually faster ahipping because i live close to the Payson warehouse. Thats what Langley influenced my purchase.
