Website kept hanging during checkout, had to reload. Was on android. I don't like that searching for parts is based around a specific bike. I have some bikes not ever listed and I need better searching and sorting tools.

Products generally run smaller than advertised in the video demonstrations and product description. If purchasing large dollar items, it is extremely frustrating to receive something smaller than expected and have to return it. Not all equipment/accessories you may want/need for yourself, or your machine are available and the wait time for future purchase is always unknown. Would be nice to receive email updates now and then when out of stock items you want to purchase will soon be available with an expectation date. Can't speak for all of us, but some of us don't have time to check email or the website daily because we have different professions that don't allow. I'm extremely pleased however with the pricing and delivery of available products. Think I've spent 6-7K so far on two machines and have only been slightly disappointed so far. Would certainly recommend (and have) to other friends and bike enthusiasts.
