I have been ordering parts through Rocky Mountain ATV for over 20 years. My favorite 2 things about them are their fair prices, and their customer service. If I ever have any questions or concerns, I trust they will always have the answers. Parts always seems to be in stock, and shipping is fast and usually free over a reasonable dollar amount. I always shop RMA first before shopping anywhere else and am never dissapointed.

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC is a top notch company but when they went to using Amazon for delivery it started taking longer to get orders and it also seems harder to track. In my opinion thus is a bad idea.

The search past order function is terrible. I was searching for something that I ordered in the past and you have to click show all orders and then click through each order. You have to click show all orders EVERY time. I have many orders. You should make your website like Amazon. On amazon, you type in the product and all the results come up - it doesn't even matter if it was years ago. I was going to buy an oil filter, but didn't want to click through all of the old orders, so I didn't buy it. You lost out on a sale because your search old order function is not user friendly.

I ordered a water pump, coolent and gaskets for my bike and was given an ETA of about a week out. Around that day I received some gaskets and the coolent, the next day I received the last gasket, but no water pump, so I called in and was told the water pump was on back order. Why was I not told this in the week I waited on the parts? I thought the order was coming in on, or at lest the next day, so I tore my bike down ....THEN I find out the part is on back order. Not a big deal that the part is on back order, it's that I was not told!
