The website said parts were to be in stock the day before I ordered. I ordered injectors and O rings for injectors based on that information. The website indicated the injectors, and O rings would be shipped together. With no shipping cost. Visiting the website later (after ordering) revealed no expected in stock date. I used the chat function and was told that it may be 30 days or longer, if ever, to receive the injector and that the O-rings had been shipped separately. And now I'm being charged for the O-rings shipping even though I have no use for them without the injectors. My upset is that the initial web information about expected in stock date was incorrect and no one reached out to say that date was changed to undetermined, and that the promise to receive everything in one shipment was broken. I've been an advocate for RMATV on my Can-Am Maverick Trail Facebook page for many years and RMATV has even sponsored events that I have produced. Your system needs to provide notices to customers when in stock dates change after an order is placed, and the promise of shipping when all pars are in stock needs to be maintained.

After looking on Amazon and comparing prices, going directly through RMATV was the cheapest with Honda products. I have used RMATV before and have been happy with the ease of ordering, delivery, packaging, and quality of product.

RMATV is the go to place for offroad and dirt bike parts. they have a lot of parts and good prices with fast shipping, so it's really hard to beat. They don't have as much onroad stuff, so for that I go elsewhere but pretty much all my dirt bike needs (except specialty suspension and engine parts) are purchased here.
