I think the site is fine. I've had some rider friends who haven't the best experience though. I don't think this is RM's fault, but I recently ordered a Leatt helmet. I thought I had researched it thoroughly and made my decision on Leatt, found what I wanted (I thought) on RM's site and pulled the trigger. When I got the helmet I realized that it wasn't Leatt 8.5, it wasn't the ADV/MC combo helmet, it was the 8.5 MC. I ride both off road and ADV and wanted to have the flexibility to switch to the visor for ADV riding but now I'm stuck with the goggles or wearing a different helmet. I ordered it in July and I'm likely outside of the return window. I think this would be a great opportunity to suggest an alternative helmet based on riding type. I would have paid more for the combo helmet and honestly didn't realize that the 8.5 came in different configurations. The goggle came in clear lenses and it's very difficult to ride in the sun so I would have liked to have ordered the polychromatic or tinted lens option but didn't get offered the option. I'm happy with the helmet and with RMATV it's just a bit disappointing that my helmet/goggle purchase could have turned out better with a little guidance.

Hey, you should check out this Motorcycle accessory site. I went on there. Follow my product very simply and had it ordered in less than a minute or two. And the price was almost half of my local Suzuki shop that didn’t have the product on hand anyway. You should try them out.

I ordered a helmet that came with medium pads inside. The medium pad it came with are too tight. So I contacted you guys to make sure I order the right size. You said to get a size up if I want the pads to be smaller. Based on this information I ordered a large pad size. When I got them, they were bigger than the medium size, not smaller. So I returned them and ordered a small size pads. When I got the new small size pads they are the same size as the large pads. I don’t know if they got switched at your warehouse but now I’m stuck with pads that I’m not going to use.

interaction was good today. as it was last time inordered from you guys just a few days ago. site is easy to navigate and have alot of stuff avaialible. you are also in utah which is nice since im in nevada. a little confused why it says it takes 7 days to reach me when im so close. but hopefully fedex updates and doesmt take quite that long. thats not a huge deal though. overall i am very satisfied!

Shipping through Amazon for the last couple orders has taken longer than previous shipments from RMATV. Amazon does not provide useful tracking information. Last Order we cut a day and a 1/2 off off our last out of state riding trip to wait for a package that eventually came after we left. Amazon shipping D-, I hope this order is not shipped with Amazon shipping!
