Wide variety of options. When I searched by my motorcycle, the luggage and gear options seemed to disappear. Otherwise, the site worked well on an iPad with an external keyboard.

I want to be able to purchase online, and be able to pick up in the pick up lockers. Currently, you do not allow me to do this. I also want to be able to use RM Cash or other cash on my account towards an order and be able to pickup. I want this without having to call and place my order with a rep over the phone. I also find that your reps (esp the females and younger ones) are not esp. knowledgeable when it comes to OHV things. There should be ongoing training to ensure they are kept up to speed and know what they are speaking about. It could be as simple as weekly tech tips they watch in person or via video, or giving them paid time to peruse online motorcycle/ATV videos. They could also be allowed or required to watch your filming of tech videos or spend time in the tech dept.

I really appreciate what RMATV does for the community. But I think, as a first customer, that u guys should do a different way to verify authenticity of credit card. Had to call my bank to confirm that u guys charged 12 cents and then authorize my purchase. It got have a better way. But I still looking for future shopping. Ride my T7 every weekend and always getting new stuff. Thank you
