The website is a little confusing to navigate if you’re looking for different covers to add style to your purifier but the order process was pretty straightforward once I found the one I wanted. The online chat agent answered my questions about what type of filter to get considering the bad pollen here and my husbands asthma. I trusted his recommendation and went with the Germ defense. It came pretty quickly in the mail and everything was packed very carefully and clearly labeled. The instructions to put everything together were pretty easy to follow and I appreciated all the directional labels. The purifier was bigger than I expected. It told my husband it remnds me of his bulky PS5. The zen cover I got makes it look a little nicer but it still looks very much like a machine so I don’t know if the extra cost for the cover is really worth it. I’m still deciding about the cost of the purifier. It’s the most expensive one we’ve owned, but it seems like it’s smart. The first few days it kept saying the air was Excellent and not running very much. I had to do a bit of searching to figure out how to calibrate the sensor to high sensitivity and turn on the pollen mode. I could have called customer support but I chose to troubleshoot it myself to see how hard it was to figure out. It was a little frustrating. The Rabbit app is pretty basic and there’s not much instruction how to use it with the machine. If you got a Rabbit purifier, I would recommend calling customer support to help with calibrating the initial settings and using the app to make it easier. There’s a little learning curve to figure it out. My favorite feature of the app is how easy it is to turn off the lights since this thing is in our bedroom. Not thrilled with the aesthetic yet but I’m getting used to it. I haven’t figured out how to blend it with the decor son it’s not so noticeable. I wish they had better covers available. Overall, I’m happy with it for now and we’ve had it severalnweeks. I’ve noticed over the weeks it’s adapted to the airflow in our room and reads the air quality better. Deciding on placement was a challenge. For such an expensive machine I wanted to get the most benefit out of it. It’s supposed to filter up to 1000 square feet but the only room that large in our home is the open concept living room and kitchen. If we put it there, it won’t filter our bedroom at the back of the house so we decided to put it in our bedroom. I feel like some of the air flow is blocked so the rest of the house doesn’t benefit as much from the purifier so that’s why I question it’s cost. I wish Rabbit had a smaller less expensive option for bedrooms that is wall mountable. Mounting it was very easy. It has a simple bracket that you hang it on. It’s not as hard or as heavy as a tv mount and only took about 15 minutes. They even include a cute little level. Sealing will be easy to pop off the cover and change filters or clean them but it hasn’t been time yet so I can’t say for sure. We have noticed a difference in the air in our bedroom. My husband said that he sleeps better at night and isn’t waking up stuffy. During this high pollen season, we both usually have a lot of sinus problems but we haven’t had as much this season.
