Scott was very helpful. Your online portal for purchasing has caused many issues in the past, which prevented me from ordering with your company more. The rate of turnover with your representatives also seems rather high, preventing me from forming relationships with them.

It was good. The one issue is that I can't edit an item once it's in the cart. I had to delete the item and start all over ordering a new item.

I was trying t source some acrylic that was much larger than normal size. PP was able to provide the material and although it was not in stock, they were able to get it to me in the time frame that was promised.

I received a quote leading me to this pay portal. You’d think it would be easy to click here and pay. The email link in your quote took me to this page. Figuring out what hoops I had to jump through on this page was a little more difficult. Not easy or intuitive.

The plastic I was looking for was easy to order. My only issue was that it wasn't clear how to avoid shipping fees since I am local and wanted to do will call. I had to contact sales to understand how to enter a will call order

You should make Will Call a specific option rather than hiding it under the alternative carrier option. You should also not require an shipper account if Will Call is selected, otherwise the site hangs up and you have to start over.

I had a C.S. rep for years , but no longer, I find I must order on-line through the web site which is difficult if I have specific questions about products which I'm not familar with or have never used before. P.P. has always been our go-to and that will continue, but P.P.'s lack of C.S. stinks. P.P is still a good company just trying to be too stingy, P.P. will never understand that people are not a liability, they are an asset and should be treated as much.

I actually called and made my order but I kept getting different answers regarding the option to cut my product to a specific size. 1st person said the company would charge a $25 dollar fee, 2nd person said the company would not cut product, 3rd person said they would get back to me with more details. Finally Mr. Jamison Radder was awesome to work with and we were able to get my product ordered within an 1hr. Due to his professional customer service, I will continue to buy product with Professional Plastics if needed.

I have always ordered through a sales person so our organization (museum) would not have to guess at what we needed because our various projects require different types of materials and colors. Now we call to request help and no return phone calls and we are told to get on-line and order what we have always ordered before. It doesn't work that way....... Go AI yourself and see how well that works out, it just doesn't work that way. We need each other!!! We have worked together for about 35 years and they have been great, but this was a poorly thought through move.
