When ordering caps and you need a measurement you should state if it’s measurement from outside to outside or if measurement on the inside (cap) from inside edge to other inside edge. Then to charge a restock fee?? Plus I pay return shipping.

Delivery was fast, but 1 handle and several handle covers were missing from the valves I ordered. The box was beat up and I believe this was largely a carrier issue, though perhaps the valves need to be better packaged. I have not yet had time or figured out how to contact PRM. I hope I don't have to go through the carrier.

It was not online it was in person, at the 45th west palm beach location. It was from Scott Mauro. Now let me tell you he was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure to meet. He knew everything about everything on the spot because of him I bought a stage 3 and 4 years worth of filters, the unit is made from your store and I will maybe get an in home one too. I asked at least 20 questions and he answered all of the on the spot with pleasure. He was outstanding. I cant believe this guys knowledge, character, dedication to the brand and inviting, friendly and trusting attitude. He made everything quick and I learned so much from him because of him I will tell everyone about this store. Who told me was Joseph krych. He and I will tell everyone about it.

Second order of size 4 bag filter housing. The first order was for the low pressure housing, and the clamp ring top seal system was not well machined and did not close well. Second order was for high pressure housing , with toggle bolt top closure. The toggle bolt closure was better made and works well.

Great product selection and unit, although I wish there was a bag filter housing made of poly that could take normal #2 filters and not required special filters. Also, the thin O-ring that came with the unit was damaged (ripped) so needs to be replaced.

oil absorbing filter bag for boaters

the 500 micron \ oil absorbing filter bag, did a very good job trapping oily debris from while cleaning the bilge of my 40 year old boat. This product, #2 Size Oil Absorbing Filter Bags, Stainless Steel Ring × 1. This product could be marketed to the recreational \ boating \marine industry \ clean marinas to support protecting the waterways from boats with oily bilge water, which is probably 75 % of all boats. I have never seen this type of product at a boaters supply store\ West Marine | Defender Marine etc. It could be made better for this application if it was sized to fit a 5 Gallon Bucket. the 7" diameter bag was workable, but a larger diameter, but shorter bag would be easier to use with less spillage. I have pictures of how I used this product.
