for couple years it was no problem to complete order or contact person to get help to complete order . but this time it was disaster . . i left massages couple times nobody returned my call, the i found out you do not have this service anymore ( to make order over the phone), i think you using AI to email recommendations how to fix a problem.i hope you try to make changes to your system and make it easy for your customers
