I have zero complaints with Powersportsmax, I do have complaints with my state's DMV. Tried to do online registering for Plate, title, etc online through Illinois DMV would NOT let me saying I was using an invalid maker's name. I even went to Bumper dot come and entered my VIN which popped right but up giving me the same Maker's name. So had to make the trip to DMV, which is 35 miles away. Tried to call to see if could straighten it out... BEWARE ILLINOIS SECRETARY OF STATE OFFICES HAVE NO PHONES ANSWERED BY REAL PEOPLE, ONLY RECORDED MESSAGES. So you can't talk to anyone. My new scooter is my only transportation, so forced to use Lyft to get close enough to get a city bus in the city where the DMV Office was that does registration and title service. Took almost the entire day to get it straightened out, 100% error of Illinois SOS employees not Powersportsmax.

It was a little confusing on the financing. I was approved, however I could not get the $40.00 tax refund sale bonus. I had to fill it out more than once so I was approved twice. Your customer service line was a little tough getting through. I am hoping getting parts will be easier. I ended up just putting it on my credit card. Looking forward to ordering more product from you.Thank you

Wish they had filters on certain specs we were looking for ex. max speed, ground clearance, pedal distance. Also would seem to make sense if they had all the same specs on each machine, some were missing ground clearance which makes me not willing to purchase it.

Checkout was very easy. Finding what I want by google searching first made this an easy process. Shipping charges see high but honestly for a 450lb crate and in this economy, I’m not surprised. I think the site layout is a little weak. For example, when clicking on pictures of the item on my IPhone, they come up really small and I have to zoom in. I believe the site good be optimized to see photos a little better. I like the site selection

The interaction is great. We ordered a new coil, and the new one didn't work. We are not 100% sure where the problem is so we ordered another just to rule it out. But this is not the fault of PowersportsMAX.

Bikes are very nice. The only problem I had was it was supposed to motorcycle on the paperwork you get to get tabs. Mine says off-road motorcycle.

Purchased an xpro vader 125 off of Amazon to learn street riding and realized when it came in that it did come from powersportsmax so I figured for my next purchase I would just go directly to the source. So far very pleased with the vader 125 its a great commuter. Looking to upgrade to the 250 and planning on gifting the 125 to my wife so she can learn to ride as well. As far as the website goes for my first experience I believe it runs as it should. It is very easy to navigate which is what any one wants. Functional and not overly complicated.

this is not my first time purchasing, how ever the first bike the clutch is currently out probably due to owner error. the recent purchase however seems like a fantastic and well put together machine. we plan to insure the proper maintenance of the new one. i did however order the one with a 17inch front wheel and 14inch rear and its a bit to tall for my 9 year old... ill probably look into buying the down size wheels for it. other then that we are already having a blast riding it around and have told many of my buddy's. They sound eager to get one as well.

While ordering online was fairly simple, having to verify my address and the shipping address was an issue. I submitted what they needed and they almost ruined the birthday surprise by calling me after the fact, especially when it was unnecessary. The product is great, and we are having tons of fun.

Overall im pretty satisfied with my purchase. I bought the apollo thunder 300 dlx and used the layaway service which in my opinion is a great way to acquire these more expensive bikes. Calling in my payments was easy and customer support was great. I've been riding my bike for about a month now and haven't had any issues. I will say that it will help tremendously if you know or learn about carburetors and maintaining these machines as I had to re-jet the carb. I got it going good now and my bike starts everytime without issue.
