I bought a Mini Cyclone dirt bike from Powersportsmax as a Christmas gift for my son, and it turned into a complete disaster. Less than five minutes after riding it, the chain broke, and the choke had broken off as well. This was a brand-new bike that failed almost immediately.
I contacted Powersportsmax on Christmas Day and have made multiple calls and emails since then. I was told my request was being sent to the parts department. Eventually, I was told that replacement parts had been shipped, yet weeks later I still do not have them, and my son still cannot ride the dirt bike.
I wasted time driving all over town trying to find a replacement chain, only to learn it’s not easily available locally and Powersportsmax wouldn’t even clearly identify which chain I needed. The bike has essentially been a useless since Christmas.
The product quality is unacceptable, and the customer service is even worse—slow, unresponsive, and misleading. Promising parts and failing to deliver them is not customer service.
This company ruined a Christmas gift, caused nothing but frustration, and took zero accountability. I will never purchase from Powersportsmax again and strongly warn others to stay away.
