I've been very satisfied with the products that I've bought from Penn State however, my recent experience with Customer Service has been much less satisfactory. When I called the number for Customer Service and tried to explain my complaint I was asked if I wished to place an order. When I told them again that I had an issue with an order they refused to hear me out and gave me another number to call. When I called that number it was a repeat of the same routine as before and they gave me the number I had previously called. By that time I was extremely angry and let them know it, when they finally explained that they didn't work for Penn State but merely answered their phone calls. They took my name, number, and details about my complaint and promised to forward it to Customer Service and have them call me back. Which puts me in a situation where I have to answer a call at their convenience rather than hearing me out when I called them. But it didn't matter anyway since I never heard from them again. All this leaves the strong impression that your company isn't interested in servicing their customers but only in selling them something. I continue to buy from you because there seem to be few competitors supplying the type products you sell and, as I mentioned, I'm satisfied with the products I've bought from you. However, my treatment with your Customer Service has left me so angry that I would switch suppliers if I could find someone else supplying similar products.
