I had been trying to place my order as of the morning of March 12 2026, and my card kept being rejected. I had more than enough money on the card; my bank confirmed there were no issues with it. I reached out to customer service and got no response from anyone!! I then tried again using PayPal, and the payment went through. My only concern is that the items are shipped via express as requested and that they are arrive on time as they are gifts for my sisters.

Very pleased with quality of purchases. Bought 3 times Reward program and free gifts also good - why I repurchased. Do wish free gifts had more selection - seems to have lower inventory now Wish company could have helped to make a black pearl bracelet to match an expensive silver black pearl necklace I first purchased . That would have been ideal. Instead I tried to March with current inventory which was not a perfect solution It was not obvious on website to redeem points but customer service replied with clear instructions I would encourage you to send feedback request after received goods. I couldn’t respond until I had product. Asking for feedback before received goods made me question if there was a problem / delay in my order Overall very pleased with purchases and service

The website was easy to navigate. The constant request to sign up for newsletter/emails was annoying. Wish there was a chart showing the variation of colors for the pearls, specifically the variations between the different whites, ie. Nancy white vs Sally white etc.

I went online to find a cultured pearl necklace for myself and was directed towards this site. The jewelry is lovely, the prices are very good and, in addition to the necklace that I bought, I also purchased a pearl bracelet which entitled me to two free gifts. I chose two types of pearl earrings and am very pleased. I’m also pleasantly surprised that the shipping costs are covered. I will definitely shop here again and also highly recommend this site.

I've been buying loose black pearls from PearlsOnly every year for 5+ years, and every year I get more disappointed: the price goes up while the size and quality of the pearl I can afford goes down. I can see this clearly in my order history: I once bought a 7-8mm AAAA pearl for about $100, and now I'm buying a 5-7mm AA pearl for $130. I'm going to start looking for a new supplier since the future of this inflation is discouraging.

It was easy to use so that's always nice. The way they section their products is very clean and easily understandable. They go from colour of the pearls, where the pearl is from, and even shows how high quality that piece you are looking at is. They have a great many to choose from but enough that it's not overwhelming and if you found a piece you really liked but forgot to save it's easy and not stressful going to find it again. Yes it may take awhile but not to long and the pictures are big so you won't miss it. Personally I was very surprised and then very happy and excited that because of how much I've spent I could have two free gifts of my own choosing, everyone is gonna love that. Last thing I'll mention is they do offer gift wrapping for $1.99 if I'm remembering right. I clicked that right away as I'm doing these for X-Mas for my mother, I hate wrapping and if I don't need to I won't. The shipping I got was free as well and in current things going on around the world I'm taking that right away instead of faster arrival since it doesn't need to be right now. You can get free shipping here but there is also one that if you wanted faster shipping that's also there but then you'll have to pay this time. Oh and they take care of our GST. How cool is that! You can see it on the very top on the homepage (I think) it says it there with the free shipping. I'm really happy I found you guys as I wanted to get my mom something beautiful for x-mas but she wants it to be Canadian made, I can understand that, meaning I needed to find something i think she'll find very pretty and like wearing. I'll be sure to tell her it was made in Canada and tell her about your website. I love her a lot and was worried I wouldn't find something. Seriously thank you!

I'm extremely satisfied with my recent purchase from PearlsOnly Canada. The quality of the items exceeded my expectations and the packaging was both elegant and secure. The promotions offered were a nice bonus, and the piece made for an absolutely stunning gift. The delivery tracking was smooth and I was kept updated every step of the way. The only hiccup was the delay caused by the Canadian Postal Strike, but that was completely out of PearlsOnly's control. somewhat confusing and frustrating for someone who has little or no knowledge of pearls although the explanation given of their variety was quite helpful. The discounts appeared to be quit massive which leaves one to wonder why and is this for real or a scam? I went back to the site several times and it seemed each time the price or the product was different and attempting to move around the site was frustrating The next survey question also needs work you should be able to click more than one item and maybe there should be a follow after receiving the product I'm hoping mine and my wife's will be positive!
