I ordered a kit for a truck I was put on a email to notify me when it was back in stock as soon as I was notified I ordered parts using Vin number and still was sent a kit for a two wheel drive had to pay to return ,had to order a lesser version of the kit , returned parts exactly as clarified ,still awaiting my refund and I can definitely say I feel like I was ripped off ,no contact from PG ,they don't care about issuing a refund ,I confirmed by FedEx return has been at warehouse for over 10 days definitely Losing a good customer for this you penalize me for y'all's era. I have to order a second set of parts and then never get a refund on the first first set of parts that I paid almost $75 to ship back to you. What crooks make it right? Never because y'all don't give a crap. I'm so upset with you and this company that I'm going to do my best to never have to use you again. It would be great if they would issue me a refund but it's still just sitting in the warehouse waiting on somebody to do their job when we both know that y'all could have issued a refund soon as it hit the scanner. Whatever considering taking it to court
